Each panel was made to fit into the frame while leaving room at the edges for the wind to blow through. Zip ties were used to connect the panels to the spacers on the bolts at each intersection. The fender washer prevents the ties from sliding off the bolt. Some of the intersections had 12 zip ties fighting for space on a 1" spacer.
It took us one day to set up the frame. The next day we worked at out leisure putting up the panels as the sun moved across the sky. We finished around 2:00pm and the dome was complete.
