The Beacons are a series of simple lights with a dramatic effect. Special techniques are used to heat form Acrylic glass such that light projected through them creates an Aurora Borealis effect. The bodies are made from cast iron sewer pipe that was reclaimed nearly 100 years after it was installed. These four were given as gifts; I hope to work with this idea again in the future.
